As a former Critical Care Nurse with over 30 years of experience, I know what a professional nurse looks like. I know the skill sets, compassion, and empathy that are needed to take care of patients. In my career, I’ve given service to patients from birth to the end of life. Medical-Surgical, Urology, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Critical Care, Home Health, and Travel Nurse are most of the areas I’ve worked. In most of those positions, I was the Charge Nurse.
